The resolution of conflicts is often not an isolated matter, but a process that must be accompanied if it is to be successfully completed.

Analysis of the causes of conflicts

It is essential that we understand where your company, the department and the individual employees stand, how hardened the conflicts are, and which causes exist. It is also important to clarify who is connected to whom and how, and which problems arise as a result. We can then offer you a solution.
